The Mill Kitchen and Bar sources steaks and burgers from Stone Mountain Cattle Company. The cattle are Georgia-grown, certified Angus. They enjoy large open pastures to graze and roam freely from the day they are born, and Stone Mountain is committed to never adding preservatives, added fillers, growth hormone, feed-efficiency enhancers, or antibiotics (unless a cow’s life can be saved, due to sickness). Before the beef reaches its customers like the Mill Kitchen & Bar, it is day dry-aged.
