Crawfish BoilOn Thursday, July 11th, from 6-9PM, enjoy select cigars alongside bourbon and whiskey tastings. Our cook this season, Chef Flynn McClanahan, is a Louisiana native who attended The Art Institute of Baton Rouge and worked under Emeril Lagassé at The Commander’s Palace. During Guy’s Night, out on the patio, Chef Flynn will be boiling a large pot of crawfish for guests to enjoy.

For $52 per person, you will get 9 tickets, select cigars, and be guided on a tasting journey by experts that will lead you through the world of bourbon, whiskey and local brews. This season, we have hand-picked Weller and Old Fitzgerald as our featured bourbons.

Weller is a wheated bourbon with a strong, complex flavor. Tasters will hint glances of floral notes, vanilla undertones, and a sharp cinnamon finish. This bourbon was introduced in 1849 by the Stitzel-Weller Distilling Company in Kentucky. Different Weller brands have proofs ranging from 90-107.

Old Fitzgerald is another wheated bourbon that is only released every Spring and Fall. It has a notable distilling pedigree and has won Gold and Double Gold brand awards since 2018. The drink is smooth, with a balanced mix between sweet and spicy. Tasters should be able to detect a hint of smoke and char behind all of the unique flavors.
